Donate for rlc users to make their VIP
Donate for candidate new or ex members to join as bronze members in the Noir Palace
Donate for a social purpose as defined by rlc and Noir management team.
Write into this forum post, who wish to donate and the financial aid. Donators will be referred into the lobby of the Noir Palace.
