Our friend, member Maxwell has been banned by RLC. Is it his choice or RLC choice its something we are much interested to know. Maxwell is of high respect as being the first Member who joined as platinum member some years ago.
Noir Palace people will try to make sure that Maxwell will be given all chances to rejoin RLC and Noir Palace. We have done what is needed so worldOPS brings Maxwell back into RLC.
